1. Product & Tax Information
1) Tax Free Animal Feed Supplement (HSN 23099010)
2) Exempted Goods: As per Rule 138 (14) of GST, E-Way Bill is not required for our products.
2. Orders & Payments
1) Orders will be dispatched only after full payment confirmation.
2) Payments must be made to the company’s official bank account only.
3) For UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.), pay on 8725942557.
Important:
Do not make payments to any personal account other than the official details shared by us.
Orders without confirmed payment will not be processed.
3. Shipping & Transportation
1) Transportation charges are to be paid by the purchasing party directly to the transporter.
2) Any breakage during transportation will not be returned or replaced.
3) Dispatch usually happens within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
4) Delivery time depends on your location and transporter service.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Policy
All products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the nature of veterinary supplements.
Returns are only considered in case of wrong product dispatch from our side.
Customers must inspect goods at delivery and report any issues within 48 hours with photo/video proof.
5. Product Usage Disclaimer
All products are for animal use only and not for human consumption.
Follow dosage instructions on the label or consult a veterinarian.
Refit Animal Care is not responsible for misuse or self-medication without veterinary guidance.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays, courier issues, or breakages during transit.
Any damages during transportation are purchaser’s responsibility.
Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the product purchased.
7. Intellectual Property
All product images, labels, and content on refitanimalcare.in are the intellectual property of Refit Animal Care.
Copying, duplication, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
